I was born in a slum, but the slum wasn't born in me..
Meet Pooja, A slum girl who is 6 years old live in Soldier Bazar Karachi.! She is s busy cracking beans with a stone in her hand, an innocent smile on her face, a kind of sparkle in her eyes that makes you forget all your worries and then again...that stone in her hand...but she doesn't care about it because it seems as if she considers that piece of stone as the world's most expensive gadget.
She might not know about all the luxuries in life or the expensive lifestyles but she seems to know one simple formula of a life which is #happines One simple formula of a peaceful life**
She has two sisters, they refused to take their picture as they feel uncomfortable, but the Question is, who is responsible? Who is responsible to take her to school, to give her clean and hygienic food. Is she not Human?
Why she is getting ignored by the society?
Around 68 percent of women and girls in Pakistan are subjected to sexual harassment, according to the latest Human Rights Watch (HRW) data.
So are we taking any bold steps to save our next generation from this?
Soon this girl will becoming adult, What are we people waiting for? To soon hear about other another case?
Give protection, they are our future..
Spread happiness, they need your attention.
